MOT Check products — vehicle valuation and history-check packs — are digital in-app purchases, sold and delivered through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Who handles returns

Because Apple and Google process the payment and deliver these purchases, all returns and refunds are handled by them, under their own refund policies — not by MOT Check directly.

How to request a refund

• Apple (App Store): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase and request a refund.
• Google Play: open your Google Play order history or see Google Play's refund help, find the order and request a refund.

Digital goods

Valuations and checks are consumable credits. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund through Apple or Google; once a valuation or check has been used it has been delivered and consumed.
